Bring the taste of the Colorado High Country to your freezer with our ¼ Beef Share — approximately 90 -100 lbs of premium ranch-raised beef for your family. Every cut comes from cattle raised on open mountain pastures at 9,000 feet, finished on grain, and managed with careful environmental stewardship to protect our land, creeks, and valley ecosystem.

Your Share is standard and Includes (Approximate Yield):

• Steaks (20%): Ribeye, Filet Mignon, NY Strip, Top Sirloin, Flat Iron, Flank, Skirt, Tri-Tip
• Ground Beef (50%): Dry-aged ground beef packages in 1LB pacakges
• Other Cuts (30%): Short ribs, stew meat, round steak, roasts, brisket
